Viennese Patisse is a start-up in the baked food sector, servicing traditional Austrian baked items to the market. Madeleine Weber is the owner of this café and she is a passionate and experienced baker and intends to explore her passion by sharing with her customers different types of Austrian desserts.

"For some reason, I was naive enough to think that Austrian desserts would be available wherever I go. Now, I realize how that is not true and I have come to appreciate Austrian desserts a lot more for their uniqueness and taste."
